New Maruti Swift rivals – Tata Punch

In this price range, the Tata Punch is the go-to option for most people. It offers everything from its SUV-like stance, features, safety and a CNG option with boot space. The Punch has a 5-star rating from GNCAP. under the hood, it comes with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine capable of producing 86bhp and 115Nm of torque. Transmission options include a manual and an AMT gearbox. It also comes with the brand’s famed twin-cylinder CNG technology, opening up the space in the boot. Feature-wise, it comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster, a 7.0-inch infotainment system, alloy wheels, automatic climate control, push-button start/stop, a cooled glove box, etc. Pricing of the Punch starts from Rs 7.27 lakh and goes to Rs 12.16 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Nissan Magnite

Another very good SUV in this price range is the Nissan Magnite. It is an overall package as you get features, a bigger car and more power compared to the Swift.
