Both the principal and the teacher resorted to using derogatory language and physical violence. Despite attempts by other staff members to intervene and defuse the situation, their efforts were in vain. The principal, instead of acknowledging her role in the altercation, shifted the blame onto the teacher, further escalating the conflict.
In the background of the video, a voice can be heard questioning the principal’s behaviour. The teacher reportedly sustained injuries during the fight, as claimed by her colleague on camera.

The incident has sparked widespread discussion and concern within the education department, with many expressing shock and dismay at the behaviour exhibited by the school officials. Both the headmistress and the teacher have reportedly lodged a complaint at the Sikandra police station regarding the incident.

Commenting on the matter, BSA Jitendra Kumar Gond acknowledged the severity of the situation, stating that the dispute between the teachers has garnered significant attention following the circulation of the viral video on social media. stating that the dispute between the teachers came to light through the viral video on social media. “We are investigating the matter.
