On 22nd April, Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Gurucharan Singh left his residence in Delhi for Mumbai, since then, the former Roshan Singh Sodhi from the TV show has been missing.
Now in a new development, Gurucharan’s father Hargit Singh has revealed some details from their last conversation on his birthday.
Gurucharan Singh’s father also recalls that the actor looked troubled but did not share what was bothering him.
However, the father shared that after that he doesn’t know what happened and they are not getting any information now.

The Delhi Police continue to investigate the case and even spoke to Gurucharan’s co-stars on the sets of his last show. In a conversation with Telly Talk India, Hargit Singh said that his son celebrated Hargit’s birthday on the 21st of April and that was also the last time they spoke. Gurucharan had assured his father that he would return home in a day or two. Gurucharan Singh’s father also recalls that the actor looked troubled but did not share what was bothering him.
Further Hargit said that he asked Gurucharan what was bothering him and told him that such things should not be hidden from parents because they are the ones who stand by you always. Responding to this, Gurucharan had told his father that he would share everything upon his return. However, the father shared that after that he doesn’t know what happened and they are not getting any information now.

Recently, the police learned that the actor was using 10 different bank accounts and credit cards to manage his debts. He withdrew Rs 14000 on the day he went missing. As per a report in PTI, he also used 27 email accounts since he feared being under surveillance. Gurucharan was last spotted switching e-rickshaws near his home in Palam, Delhi. His phone was also last traced in that area.
The Delhi Police have reportedly recorded statements of over 50 people with regards to this case. Sunday, 12th May marked Gurucharan Singh’s 51st birthday.
