Lee, best known for his Netflix drama Beef, is a Primetime Emmy winner and a well-recognized director and writer in the fraternity. While his collaboration with RM was a dream come true for many fans, for the man himself, the process got a little scary during the initial phase.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the director mentioned that he was afraid of getting deported from South Korea while working with RM. The music video shoot, he explained, was slated to happen across a long three-day schedule in Paju. The sequences had to be rehearsed very intricately as well. But while filming, RM unfortunately ended up getting hurt.

Contrary to his fears, RM’s reaction to the injury was pretty nonchalant. Lee recalled that the rapper went to the hospital and came right back after getting his stitches, ready to resume filming! His sincerity toward his work even made a seasoned director like Lee feel as if his horizons were also being “pushed.”
