The victim was identified as Shahbaz Singh from Nawanshahr in Punjab.
The Chandigarh Police have booked the driver of the toy train and the mall management.
Inspector Jaspal Singh Bhullar, SHO of Industrial Area police station, said an FIR was registered in the matter and the driver of the toy train, Saurav, was arrested.
