The purchase was finalized on June 25, 2024, and included a stamp duty payment of Rs 58.5 lakh. As reported by the Indian Express, Khan now owns 9 out of the 24 units in Bella Vista Apartments. In addition, he owns several units in the adjacent Marina Apartments, both of which are set for redevelopment.
