Nevertheless, Shinnova asserts that both parents fulfilled their responsibilities towards her.Recent allegations surfaced when Shinnova and Soni visited Kishan to convey their regards for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, during which he allegedly displayed hostility and declined to meet them.Subsequently, a press conference was called to assert the actress' rights as Kishan's biological daughter.The civil suit in the Dindoshi court is scheduled for a hearing on April 25, while the writ petition is expected to be deliberated upon by the Bombay High Court in the forthcoming week.
