Dressed in an orange tank top and black tights, the actress made it appear like its cakewalk. Rashmika dropped the video along with a detailed note, wherein she got candid about her entire day. Addressed her "diary", in the note the actress detailed how the late-night shooting has disrupted her sleep cycle, however, she makes sure not to miss out on her workout. But she assured her fans that they will get to see her working out a lot more than before. Rashmika promised her fans by sharing a reel of herself, wherein she was seen balancing her lower body on her shoulders. While testing her core strength, Rashmika slowly brings her feet down, without dropping it instantly. It must be noted that this exercise improves the stability of the lower body and improves the balancing power of the core.

This form is not just amazing for core strengthening but also helps to focus on the arm muscles.
