Andres Iniesta thinks if Barcelona were to sign Nico Williams this summer from Athletic Club it would give the club “another level.”Williams is Barcelona’s top target at the moment after starring for the Basque side and Spain at Euro 2024.
Iniesta thinks he’d be a good signing for Barcelona but isn’t sure if it will happen.
“The level he’s showing is in line with the national team,” he told Mundo Deportivo.
“Nico Williams has also had a fantastic season at his club, he’s a name that will surely be heard by the big teams.
However, Barcelona president Joan Laporta is thought to be willing to go all out for Williams and has said his club can afford to sign him this summer.

Athletic Club have made it clear they are not happy with the constant speculation about Williams and say the have the structure in place to keep the forward.
However, Barcelona president Joan Laporta is thought to be willing to go all out for Williams and has said his club can afford to sign him this summer.
