The Palestinian Resistance continues to escalate in the face of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in response to Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 248th consecutive day, maintaining a firm stance against the invading forces on all fronts.

Monday witnessed intense confrontations between the resistance and Israeli occupation forces in the al-Azba area on the Palestinian-Egyptian border and central Rafah in the southern part of the Strip, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported.

The al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' military wing, executed a complex operation by detonating a booby-trapped house where an Israeli force had taken refuge in the al-Shaboura camp in Rafah city.

Following an operation by the al-Qassam Brigades in the al-Shaboura refugee camp in Rafah, Israeli media acknowledged the death of four Israeli soldiers. The soldiers were killed when a building they were stationed in was destroyed.

The al-Qassam Brigades said the operation resulted in multiple Israeli casualties. The operation itself was followed by the Resistance using mortars to shell the vicinity of the booby-trapped house as the Israeli rescue teams arrived. The area was subjected to further shelling at a later time, possibly after the Resistance monitored some troop activity.

Additionally, the al-Qassam Brigades announced targeting an Israeli D9 military bulldozer with a Yassin-105 shell near the al-Awda Mosque in central Rafah.

The military media of the Qassam Brigades released footage documenting their targeting of Israeli assembly points east of Khan Yunis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The ongoing confrontation underscores the resilience and determination of the Palestinian resistance in the face of sustained Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli soldiers confirmed dead

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced a significant offensive targeting Israeli military command and control centers along the supply line in the Netzarim axis, south of Gaza City. The attack was carried out using mortar shells, aiming to disrupt the strategic operations of the Israeli forces in the area.

In a bold display of their military capabilities, the group released footage showing the preparation and manufacturing of Aqsa-103 rockets within their workshops.

Simultaneously, the Mujahideen Brigades, the military wing of the Mujahideen Movement, revealed they launched a rocket barrage targeting an Israeli military position in the Netzarim axis. The attack reportedly resulted in significant damage, with immediate Israeli reinforcements rushing to the scene.

On Sunday, multiple Palestinian Resistance factions announced operations against Israeli occupation forces in several sectors of the besieged territory, with Hamas' al-Qassam fighters headlining defensive actions.

Al-Qassam Brigades mortar units fired large-caliber mortar rounds at occupation forces positioned in the Tell al-Sultan area in southern Rafah, while a sniper force shot an Israeli soldier located in a nearby area.

The brigades also conducted a joint operation with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad's (PIJ) al-Quds Brigades, firing a salvo of rocket artillery rounds at the Sufa military base, located to the east of Rafah.

As a result of the attack, warning sirens were set off in the envelope settlement at approximately 2:50 pm (local time) on Sunday afternoon.

Al-Qassam fighters also targeted an Israeli Apache attack helicopter over Rafah with a shoulder-launched surface-to-air missile.

Moreover, al-Qassam's mortar units barraged advancing Israeli forces in the vicinity of the Kuwaiti Hospital in Rafah, with large-caliber shells.

Mortar units from the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine's (DFLP) National Resistance Brigades also attacked Israeli forces near al-Awda roundabout in Rafah.

Mortar units from the al-Quds Brigades fired a large amount of shells at Israeli occupation forces positioned in Tal Zaarab on Sunday morning.

The PIJ's military wing also fired 60 mm mortar rounds at a grouping of Israeli occupation forces positioned to the southeast of the city of Rafah.
