While the Ather Rizta S is offered in three monotone colours, the Rizta Z is available in seven paint schemes, which include three monotone and four dual-tone shades. The monotone paint schemes are Pangong Blue, Siachen White, and Deccan Grey. Meanwhile, the dual-tone colour options are Pangong Blue with White, Cardamom Green with White, Alphonso Yellow with White, and Deccan Grey with White.

Powering the Ather Rizta is a PMSM electric motor that produces a maximum output of 5.76bhp and a peak torque of 22Nm. All variants have a top speed of 80kmph and can accelerate from 0-40kmph in 4.7 seconds. However, the battery range varies based on the variant. The Rizta S and Rizta Z with 2.9kWh battery pack offers an IDC range of 123km, while the Rizta Z with 3.7kWh battery pack delivers an IDC range of 160km.

Even the charging time differs according to the models. The 2.9kWh variants get a 350W charger that charges the battery pack from 0-80 per cent in six hours and 40 minutes, while the 0-100 per cent timings stand at eight hours and 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the 3.7kWh variant gets a 700W Ather Duo charger that takes four hours and 30 minutes for a 0-80 per cent charge and six hours and 10 minutes for a full charge.

In terms of hardware, the Rizta is underpinned by an underbone chassis with a longer sub-frame that offers more space for the rider and the pillion. The chassis is suspended on telescopic forks up front and a rear monoshock.

The scooter rides on 12-inch wheels, wrapped with MRF tyres. The Ather Rizta will rival the TVS iQube and the Ola S1 range.
