Stay Hydrated The scorching summer heat leads to dehydration which weakens our immune system and thus leads to digestive issues. It is advisable to prioritise hydration and consume plenty of fluids throughout summer days. You can drink herbal teas, fruit juices, and smoothies to boost immunity naturally. Also, don’t forget to consume 8 to 10 glasses of water every day to keep your body hydrated.

Consume Probiotics Consider adding probiotics-rich food like yoghurt to your meals to enhance the balance of beneficial bacteria in your gut. You can also include fermented foods such as idli, and dosa in your diet.
