Bihar Exit Polls 2024: Jolt To NDA In The State

The exit poll results for the Bihar Lok Sabha election 2024 are out, following the seventh and final phase of voting on June 1. Bihar has a total of 40 Lok Sabha seats, and voting in the state took place across all seven phases of the election. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) included the BJP, Janata Dal (United) – JDU, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), and Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM). The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) included the BJP, Janata Dal (United) – JDU, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), and Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM). Meanwhile, the INDIA bloc consisted of the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RJD), Congress, and CPI. The official results of the Lok Sabha election will be announced on June 4.

According to Axis My India, the NDA alliance, which includes the BJP and JD(U) parties, is projected to secure a 48% vote share in Bihar. The opposition INDIA bloc, consisting of parties like RJD and Congress, is expected to capture 42%. The BJP-JDU alliance is likely to win over 24 seats in the state, with the BJP anticipated to secure 13-15 seats and Nitish Kumar’s JD(U) projected to win 9-11 seats. In contrast, the opposition INDIA bloc’s RJD is expected to win 6-7 seats, while Congress might get 1-2 seats.

According to the Republic-PMarq prediction, the BJP-led NDA is expected to win 37 seats in Bihar, while the INDIA bloc, which includes the RJD led by Lalu Prasad, is expected to increase its seat share to three. In the 2019 elections, the Opposition alliance had managed to win only one seat, which was Kishanganj, while the BJP-JD(U) alliance had secured 39 out of the 40 Lok Sabha seats in the state. Chanakya Exit Poll In Bihar, out of the 40 seats, it is estimated that the BJP will secure 36 ± 4 seats, the Congress will get 4 ± 4 seats, and others may win 0 ± 1 seat. Additionally, the BJP is projected to receive 51 ± 3 percent of the vote, the Congress 37 ± 3 percent, and others 12 ± 3 percent.

In Jharkhand

As per Chanakya Exit Poll the NDA will around 12 seats in the state with 49% of vote share while the INDI Alliance will win around 2 seats in the state with 40% of the vote share.
