Mumbai North, Mumbai North West, Mumbai North East, Mumbai North Central, Mumbai South, and Mumbai South Central are the constituencies voting in the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha polls, which is the final phase of polling in Maharashtra.
As Mumbai voted today in the fifth phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, his wife and founder of Reliance Foundation Nita Ambani, and elder son Akash Ambani also stepped out to participate in this democratic exercise. A few social media users even spotted Mukesh Ambani carrying his Aadhaar card in a transparent pouch and hailed him for his “simplicity”.
An individual wrote, “Aadhaar card, har bhartiya ki tarah thaili me [Aadhaar card in transparent packet like every Indian]. ”
“Simplicity of Ambanis,” said another.
Earlier in the day, Anil Ambani cast his vote at a polling booth in Mumbai. He was seen standing in a queue, patiently waiting for his turn at the booth. A video of him standing in the queue was shared on X by ANI.
The video shows Anil Ambani, dressed in a blue shirt, standing outside a black-coloured gate, waiting for his turn to vote. As he is waiting, he can also be seen having conversations with other citizens.
Mumbai North, Mumbai North West, Mumbai North East, Mumbai North Central, Mumbai South, and Mumbai South Central are the constituencies voting in the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha polls, which is the final phase of polling in Maharashtra.
The other constituencies of Maharashtra that are part of the fifth phase include Dhule, Dindori, Nashik, Kalyan, Palghar, Bhiwandi and Thane.
