Within two days of its release, the film garnered over 100,000 views, indicating strong acceptance and curiosity about the concept of human performance optimization.

Vieroots emphasizes the concept of biohacking, which involves hacking one’s own biology using genetic information and current health data. The company uses DNA decoding and AI to create highly personalized lifestyle modification programs. These programs include products and services, such as IoT and AI-based tools, to support lifestyle changes. The approach is built on the 3M principle: measure, monitor, and manage. Clients’ health is measured and monitored using wearables and devices, and managed with the help of certified coaches. My experience, with over two decades in the wellness industry, identified a gap in personalized health and wellness programs. Many people are unsure about which supplements to take and often adopt generic solutions that do not cater to individual needs. Vieroots aims to provide personalized nutrition, fitness plans, and health programs based on genetic and health data, thereby helping individuals optimize their health and prevent diseases.
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in promoting and implementing Human Performance Optimization?
One major challenge is the general lack of awareness about proactive health management. Many people only consider health when they are unwell and rely solely on doctors for health advice. There is a need to shift the mindset towards taking personal responsibility for health and preventing diseases. This challenge is more pronounced for Vieroots due to its strong focus on personalized health and wellness programs.

AI plays a significant role in Vieroots’ EPLIMO program, particularly in providing personalized lifestyle modification recommendations. The upcoming app, TRIGR, will feature three powerful AI engines: a facial scan engine for health metrics, an AI personal fitness trainer, and an age-measuring tool that provides biological age and recommendations for improvement.
