Singh today raised the defence of alibi and told the court that he was not in Delhi when one of the wrestlers, who has complained against him, was allegedly sexually harassed.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Priyanka Rajpoot reserved the order on the application moved by Singh in this regard.
The Court said the order on his application will be pronounced on April 26.
The application moved by Singh was opposed by the Prosecution which called it a delaying tactic and argued that it amounted to asking for further investigation.
