In the letter, Naidu wrote that as Chief Ministers of the Telugu states, they should cooperate for both states' comprehensive and sustainable development.
He also noted that it has already been 10 years since the united Andhra Pradesh was bifurcated. According to the Reorganization Act, many issues still need to be resolved, and remain pending, wrote the Andhra Pradesh CM. He remarked that these issues are hindering welfare and other matters in both states.
"In this light, I propose that we meet at your place on 6th July, Saturday afternoon", said Naidu.
