The Delhi High Court will pronounce on Tuesday its verdict in Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the excise policy case.
As per the cause list uploaded on the court’s website, a single-judge bench of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma will pronounce the judgment on April 9 at 2.30pm.
