In 2023 a podcast with Shivani Pau, Seema Sajdeh had revealed that her ex-husband Sohail and she were separated for a few years before filing for their divorce in 2022.
They had stayed together for their children, however there came a point where she had to choose between saving her marriage or focusing on her children and she chose the latter.
