However, Farah Khan once revealed that despite her wishes, Amitabh Bachchan couldn't participate in the song.In a chat on IFTDA Official’s YouTube channel with Pallavi Joshi, Farah explained that Amitabh Bachchan couldn't participate in the 'Deewangi Deewangi' song shoot due to Abhishek Bachchan 's wedding that week.Farah humorously added that since the industry wasn't invited to the wedding, many stars showed up for the shoot instead.The filmmaker also discussed why Dilip Kumar and Saira Bano couldn't join the shoot. She mentioned that Shah Rukh Khan had promised to personally bring them to the set.
