NEW DELHI: A video footage of people singing Nazi slogan in North Sea island of Sylt, Germany has gone viral on social media prompting outrage in the country.The mob screamed "Foreigners out!"
One man appears to be indicating a Hitler moustache with his fingertips on his upper lip.The slogan and the Nazi salute are illegal in Germany.Chancellor Olaf Scholz reacted to the video calling it "disgusting".
They are not acceptable", he said in a post on X.Distancing itself from the people seen in the video, pub operators wrote on Instagram, "We distance ourselves from any kind of racism and discrimination.
If we had known about the incident, we would of course have expelled the guests in question.
There is no place for racism!!!"
