In tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode, Ishaan (Shakti Arora) asks Savi (Bhavika Sharma) why she mentioned wanting to talk to him one last time. Savi explains that their journey together ends here and highlights that their relationship ended the day he divorced her and chose to marry Reeva (Sumit Singh). Despite this, they continued meeting, but she wants to part ways with good memories, free from the bitterness of the past. Ishaan, reflecting on how she saved him earlier, feels things are back to normal. Savi apologises for accusing him of her family's death, acknowledging that Samrudh was responsible, not Ishaan. She realises Ishaan is a kind-hearted man who goes to great lengths to help others, as evidenced by his actions regarding Suman. She releases him from any blame, holding no grudge.
Ishaan and Savi part ways:
She continues, saying she fell in love with him, but he loves Reeva. She respects his feelings and wants him to be happy with Reeva, urging him to build a new life with her. To avoid further pain, she plans to leave Pune after her final exam. Ishaan, shocked, asks about her dreams. Savi replies that she'll move to another city and consider IAS coaching from there. Ishaan, recalling Surekha's warning, says he's worried for her. Savi asks for one last hug, which he reciprocates. They reminisce about their moments together. After parting, Savi tells him to remain true to himself, and he encourages her to continue fighting for her rights and truth. They promise each other and walk in opposite directions.
Back in his car, Reeva asks if everything is alright. Ishaan assures her and asks if she's ready to start their new journey. Reeva confirms, and they drive away. Harini comforts a heartbroken Savi, who explains there was no other option but to leave Pune after her final exam. Ishaan returns home, apologises to Swati for his earlier behaviour, and confirms his marriage to Reeva will proceed as planned, with a honeymoon in Paris followed by a two-month teacher's conference. The family rejoices.
Anvi contacts Isha:
The next day, the house is decorated for Ishaan's pre-wedding ceremonies. Ishaan, looking at the cufflinks Savi gifted him, recalls her decision. Chinmay and Anvi approach him, pleading for him to reconsider marrying Reeva and not sacrifice his love for Savi. Ishaan refuses to listen and asks them to drop the topic. Chinmay warns him he's making a mistake. Anvi decides to contact someone who can intervene.
In Europe, Shantanu suggests to Isha that they return home after their conference. Isha is reluctant, feeling unaccepted by her son. Anvi calls Shantanu, who is surprised to hear from someone back home. Anvi explains the situation and insists only Isha can save Ishaan and Savi's love story. Isha doubts Ishaan will listen to her, but Anvi believes Savi will.
