Heeramandi’s young Mallikajaan Abha Ranta on casting couch: ‘Whenever somebody said meeting karlo, audition nahi hai..’

Abha Ranta, who plays a small but interesting role in the show, has opened up about her experiences in the industry. In an interview with Bollywood Now, Abha opened up about casting couch and said that because of her simple approach, she has not found herself in any such situations. The actor agreed that she has received calls from people who urged to meet her and they didn’t even want an audition. “But I have never gone.”Abha said, “Whenever somebody has called and said ‘meeting karlo audition nahi hai,’ I just don’t believe in it because I feel that if somebody is calling me without audition, the part is not going to be good. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar released on Netflix two weeks ago and from its grandeur to its cast and perfection, everything is being talked about. Abha Ranta, who plays a small but interesting role in the show, has opened up about her experiences in the industry. Abha played the younger version of Manisha Koirala’s character, Mallikajaan.
