Kiku Sharda, who is now seen on Kapil Sharma’s new Netflix show The Great Indian Kapil Show, recently opened up about how ego battles on a show could bring it down.
Kiku was talking about Kapil’s leadership on his show where he lets his team members shine and takes a back seat when they are performing their act.
In a chat with Connect FM Canada, when Kiku was asked if ego could become a hindrance when they have to take shots amongst the cast members, Kiku said that Kapil has always been “comfortable” with this idea.
“Even on screen, when you see me cracking some wicked jokes on Kapil… he is very comfortable with that.
I have the utmost respect for him,” he said.
