Located in the Shimoga district of Karnataka, Jog Falls is considered to be one of the highest waterfalls in our nation. 2. Dhuandhar Falls

This enormous waterfall is one such beauty that Jabalpur boasts of. It gets its name from the eerie mist formed by the high pressure of the water to form the "dhuandhar" effect. The Dhuandhar Falls is connected to the Narmada River which makes it a popular boating destination too. The best time to visit the destination is from September to March.

Also known as the flowing cascade of milk as the name suggests, Dudhsagar Falls gushes down from the towering height of 310 meters.
