Ajit Pawar, Maharashtra Deputy CM and Finance Minister, on Friday announced the ‘Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin’ scheme for women ahead of the assembly elections. Under this scheme, all women between 21 to 60 years of age in the state will get Rs 1,500 per month. This scheme will be implemented from July 2024.

Annual Family Income : Not exceeding Rs 2,50,000.

Application Process
Required Documents:
Aadhaar Card.
Maharashtra Domicile/Birth Certificate.
Income Certificate.
Bank Account Passbook (first page).
Passport size photograph.
Ration Card.
Undertaking for scheme compliance.
Submission:
Applications can be filled out online through the portal/mobile app/Setu Suvidha Kendra.
Verified by Anganwadi workers/Supervisors/Gram Panchayat/Ward Officers.
Submitted to the competent authority for approval.
Payment: Eligible women will receive the amount in their Aadhaar-linked bank accounts monthly.
