The users who posted the video wrote that the incident happened in the Bronx, New York City .
This monster proceeded to undress the unconscious victim and himself and sexually assault her.
The NYPD confirmed two arrests, including Skiboky Stora, charged with assaulting a woman on Seventh Avenue near 17th Street.

The users who posted the video wrote that the incident happened in the Bronx, New York City . A law enforcement document verified that the incident took place around 3 a.m. local time on May 1, near the intersection of East 152nd Street and 3rd Avenue. The 45-year-old woman was known to the man, according to reports.

People were outraged at the video and made their voices heard on social media. Many also raised questions on the security of people living in New York, and whether it's actually safe to live in the city.
"Why is people still living in New York!! This is insane they should be carrying or a taser something it’s getting bad with the women that way. This shows what they are going to do everywhere soon," one user wrote.
"This is absolutely disturbing. He must have done this before to others. New York is too busy going after protesters to deal with people like this🤦♂️," wrote another.
"Sickening. Especially considering all the time and money they’re wasting on the Trump witch trials! The left only cares about staying in power," said another.

Although the overall crime rate in New York has fallen over the last few years, the assault on women is becoming a headache for law enforcement.
Recently, there have been several reported incidents of women being punched in the face by unknown men while walking down the street, some in broad daylight, with some victims being on their phone. The NYPD confirmed two arrests, including Skiboky Stora, charged with assaulting a woman on Seventh Avenue near 17th Street.
