Barcelona striker Marc Guiu is reportedly in “advanced talks” to leave the club and move to Premier League side Chelsea.
Gerard Romero reports that the Blues are planning on paying his €6 million release clause, and Sunday’s promotion play-off will have been his last game for the club.
Chelsea, Bayern and Sevilla have all been linked with the striker, but if the report proves to be correct then it’s the Premier League side that will win the race.
Guiu did break into the first team last season, scoring twice, but struggled for minutes as the season progressed and after the arrival of Vitor Roque.
The striker’s contract with the club expires in 2025, and he’s yet to sign an extension, which means a summer exit is looking increasingly likely.

He could also be joined on his way out of the club by Pau Victor, who is coming to the end of his loan, and even Vitor Roque who has also been tipped to move on.
