NEW DELHI: Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday said that the opposition MPs staged a walkout from Rajya Sabha because they were not allowed to speak in the Parliament during Prime Minister Narendra Modi 's speech.Kharge alleged that the Prime Minister was dishonest and asserted that the BJP-RSS, Jan Sangh, and their political forerunners had strongly opposed the Indian Constitution.He accused the RSS, the BJP's ideological mentor, of being against the Constitution.
