Foreign dignitaries: Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Sri Lanka President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Nepal PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, Vice-President of Seychelles Ahmed Afif, and Mauritius PM Pravind Jugnauth are expected to attend the event.
Indian dignitaries: Prominent figures from various fields such as lawyers, doctors, artists, cultural performers, and influencers. This includes Viksit Bharat ambassadors, beneficiaries of Central government schemes, tribal women and sanitation workers.
Religious leaders: Around 50 distinguished religious leaders from various faiths have also been invited.

Intelligence gathering: Intelligence agencies are coordinating with foreign counterparts to gather information on potential security threats and are conducting individual threat assessments for each foreign leader.
