As polling kicked off for Phase 5 in Maharashtra, many Bollywood actors made it a point to head to their designated polling booths early in the morning to cast their votes. Several celebrities were spotted at the polling stations, enthusiastically showing their civic responsibility. They posed for the photographers outside with their inked fingers outside the booths, a traditional gesture indicating they had cast their vote.
It was well after noon that Shah Rukh Khan arrived at his designated polling station to cast his vote. He was accompanied by Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan. The Badshah of Bollywood sported a smart, black tee and grey trousers. Suhana slipped into a beautiful blue kurta and Aryan sported a white sweatshirt. Little AbRam also accompanied them.

Shah Rukh Khan and his family went straight to the polling station when they arrived. Later, as they made their way out of the station, they were papped by the photographers. SRK also greeted his fans with namaste and shook hands. Check out the video here:

The actor took to his official X account to convey the message to his 44 million followers. He wrote, “As responsible Indian citizens we must exercise our right to vote this Monday in Maharashtra.
