This model, a direct rival to the Hyundai i20 N Line will be available in three variants - R1, R2 and R3. Besides that, the model gets segment-first features such as ventilated front seats along with a 360-degree camera, and a voice-assisted sunroof. In terms of safety, the Racer comes standard with six airbags and electronic stability control (ESC).Under the hood, the Altroz Racer gets a 1.2-litre, turbocharged petrol motor with the same state of tune as its bigger sibling, the Nexon. The pricing for these sporty hatchbacks starts at Rs 9.49 lakh for the R1, goes up to Rs 10.49 lakh for the R2, and tops out at Rs 10.99 lakh for the R3.

Tata Motors has finally launched the much-awaited Altroz Racer sporty hatchback with prices starting from Rs 9.49 lakh, ex-showroom. This model, a direct rival to the Hyundai i20 N Line will be available in three variants - R1, R2 and R3. While the overall design of the model remains the same as the existing lineup, it does get significant changes here and there to make it more appealing.The Altroz Racer can be had with an option to choose from three colour options - Pure Grey, Atomic Orange and Avenue White. Each colour is paired with a contrasting black finish and white racing stripes on the bonnet and roof. Besides that, the grille features a slightly refreshed design and it gets ‘Racer’ badgings on the front fenders.The sporty theme continues inside with a blacked-out cabin accented by red highlights on the AC vents, centre console, and seat upholstery, which also features sporty stripes.Speaking of changes made to the cabin, the most significant upgrade comes in the form of a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system along with a 7.0-inch digital driver’s display. Besides that, the model gets segment-first features such as ventilated front seats along with a 360-degree camera, and a voice-assisted sunroof. In terms of safety, the Racer comes standard with six airbags and electronic stability control (ESC).Under the hood, the Altroz Racer gets a 1.2-litre, turbocharged petrol motor with the same state of tune as its bigger sibling, the Nexon. This powerplant makes 120 hp and 170 Nm of peak torque and comes mated exclusively to a six-speed manual gearbox .The Altroz Racer is available in three variants: R1, R2, and R3. The pricing for these sporty hatchbacks starts at Rs 9.49 lakh for the R1, goes up to Rs 10.49 lakh for the R2, and tops out at Rs 10.99 lakh for the R3.
