"I figured if scientists studied his brain they might be able to figure out what created this monster," said Borges' lawyer Alex Arreaza in a statement to Fox News Digital.
"The settlement also Includes $430,000, media rights, profit restrictions.
Previously, Broward Schools paid $26M, including $1.25M for Borges.
