Aditi Shankar has posted a new set of photos from her sister, Aishwarya's wedding which took place in Chennai in April. In one of the photos shared by the 'Maaveeran' actor, Thalapathy Vijay's son Jason Sanjay posed alongside his best friend Ajith (Shankar's son) and looked dapper in a blue kurta-pants set, amped with a shrug. Others in the photo included the bride herself, Aishwarya, looking resplendent in a blue lehenga, her brother Ajith, in a red 'bandhgala' and Aditi.

Ranveer Singh attended Shankar's daughter Aishwarya's and Tarun Karthikeyan's wedding reception in Chennai. The 'Don 3' actor danced at the party with the newlyweds and filmmaker Atlee. A few videos of the actor have been circulated on social media.
One of the videos has Ranveer dancing to Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha’s song 'Appadi Podu' along with 'Jawan' director Atlee. The duo also danced to Shah Rukh Khan's 'Lungi Dance' at the party. They also danced to Thalapathy Vijay's 'Vaathi Coming'.

Ranveer also danced to his chartbuster 'Tattad Tattad' from the Sanjay Leela Bhansali hit 'Ram Leela'. He dazzled in a black sherwani. Later at the party, the actor removed his jacket, and was seen having fun in his all-black kurta-pyjama.

Aishwarya Shankar was earlier married to cricketer Damodaran Rohit (in 2021). Her grand wedding in Chennai was attended by Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, Mani Ratnam, Suhasini, Vikram, Suriya and several others.
As for filmmaker Shankar, he is currently working on Ram Charan’s Telugu film 'Game Changer' and Kamal Haasan’s 'Indian 2'. While 'Indian 2' will release in June, 'Game Changer' is expected to hit the theatres by September.
