Rashid Khan provided a crucial boost to Afghanistan's innings with a quick-fire cameo, that helped them to finish at a defendable 115/5 in their T20 World Cup Super Eight match against Bangladesh.

His 19 runs off 10 balls were particularly significant, with the highlight being his explosive performance in the last over bowled by Tanzim Hasan Sakib.

In the final over, Rashid showcased his power-hitting abilities with two remarkable sixes. He smashed a short and wide delivery over the off-side. Despite not moving his feet much, and hammered the ball up and over the point for a 79-meter six.
