The former CSK and India captain smashed 28 not out off just nine balls, including 2 sixes and 3 fours.Dhoni's brisk knock and Ravindra Jadeja's 57* off 40 balls propelled CSK to 176 for 6 runs in their allotted overs. However half-centuries by LSG openers KL Rahul (82 off 53 balls) and Quinton de Kock (54 off 43 balls) ensured a comfortable eight-wicket win for the home team.
