Recently in the 15th match of the World Championship of Legends 2024 between India Champions and South Africa Champions, there occurred an 'unconventional' incident between Pathan brothers, Irfan and Yusuf.

While India were batting, a miscommunication led to Irfan's runout, resulting in a verbal altercation between the two.

The incident occurred on the first ball of the 19th over when Irfan played a lofted shot off a delivery from Dale Steyn.

The mistake left the brothers irritated and angry on the field but they shared a warm hug after the innings that calmed things down.

The incident occurred in the encounter against South Africa Champions when the ball landed in a gap and the Pathan brothers wanted to take a second run.

Irfan called for the second run confidently, but Yusuf Pathan backed off after initially agreeing to it. The run out made matters worse for India Champions as they lost the game by 54 runs.

However, despite the loss, India Champions were able to make it to the semi-final of the tournament. India Champions will face Australia Champions in the semi-final on Friday, July 12, 2024.
