When was the last time the team spirit looked this good? That the Bavarians all looked to be pulling in one direction, with total conviction and belief as one of Europe’s strongest sides? Probably just before the Thomas Tuchel era began — after a decisive Round of 16 victory over a stacked Paris Saint-Germain last season.
Now the Tuchel era is ending, but — for the moment — everything is feeling good again.
