Jake Fraser-McGurk has impressed one and all with his fantastic hitting and started brilliantly in the match 40 against Gujarat Titans as well. He slammed 23 in no time with two sixes and two fours but in a bid to hit another one over the park, he ended up holding out at deep square leg.

It was the fourth over of the match and Delhi Capitals were 35 for no loss. Sandeep Warrier bowled a fullish delivery on middle and leg and Fraser-McGurk went for an audacious flick shot. He timed it beautifully but not good enough to take it over the ropes and Noor Ahmad at deep square leg grabbed a fine catch.

Fraser-McGurk was naturally disappointed with his wicket as he was looking good for a big total, and after his wicket, Prithvi Shaw was also caught by Noor Ahmad in the same over to reduce DC to 36-2 from 35-0.

Earlier, Gujarat Titans won the toss, and decided to bowl first on a pitch that is a belter and DC would need to score atleast close to 200, to challenge Gujarat Titans in the second half.
