Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is the longest running TV show and has got all the love for the last 15 years. It is one of the top five shows on the TRP charts. Rajan Shahi made everyone fall in love with the show in 2009. The show began with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra as the leads. He shared that he always treated Hina like his daughter however, towards the end things went ugly. He spoke to Telly Talk and said that Hina was hardworking but she used to interfere with the scripts and there were disagreements. He also spoke about an incident where Hina once refused to do a scene that glorified Shivangi Joshi's Naira character. Hina Khan reacts to Rajan Shahi's claims of her having issues with Shivangi Joshi

Now, Hina Khan has reacted to these claims made by Rajan Shahi. She spoke to Galatta India and said that she has never spoken anything about him as she respects him but doesn't understand why it is coming from the opposite side. She said that they gave her the first big break and she remembers that her father was very sad when she left Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

She added that things did not end on a good note with the makers but she does not have anything in her heart now. She added that she had promised her father that she will never speak anything bad about any person related to the show and hence she is doing that only.
