Increased irritability: If you find yourself feeling irritable, moody, or easily frustrated, it could be a sign of physical or mental exhaustion from too much yoga, says Munjal.

Increased susceptibility to illness: Overtraining can weaken your immune system, making you more susceptible to colds, flu, and other illnesses. If you find yourself getting sick more often than usual, it could be a sign that you're pushing your body too hard.

Lack of enjoyment: If you're no longer finding joy or satisfaction in your yoga practice and it feels more like a chore than a mindful, enjoyable activity, it might be a sign that you need to take a step back and reassess your approach.
