125% dividend stock: Casino company whose shares currently trade under Rs 150 on Sensex on Tuesday fixed the record date for its 125 per cent dividend payout. The small cap company informed about the same along with its quarterly results for the first quarter of the financial year 2025.
Delta Corp Q1 Results 2025
Delta Corp on Tuesday reported a 34 per cent YoY fall in its profit to Rs 40.48 crore in the April-June 2024 quarter. It was Rs 61.43 crore in the same quarter of FY24. The casino company’s revenue from operations in the reporting period also slipped 16 per cent YoY to Rs 143 crore.
During the April-June 2024 period, the company witnessed a slump in its revenue from gaming operations by 16 per cent to Rs 130 crore on YoY basis. Delta Corp’s hospitality revenues also fell to Rs 12 crore from Rs 14.91 crore in the last year period.

In addition to sharing its quarterly earnings, the company also fixed the record date for the 125 per cent dividend it had announced in May. Delta Corp’s board had then recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 1.25 per share. The record date for the purpose has been fixed as Saturday, July 20.
This means that the dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the company’s books as on the record date i.e. July 20.
