Kawasaki has been updating its model lineup in the international and domestic markets. After a range of new updated models, the brand has introduced the 2025 version of the KLX 230R S in the international markets. The bike has been launched at USD 4,999 (around Rs 4.18 lakh). Visually, the motorcycle remains more or less the same.
The 2025 Kawasaki KLX 230R S gets slightly revised bodywork. Even with that, the bike remains true to its roots with the same silhouette. The motocross design of the bike is highlighted by the bright Lime Green paint. The consumers also have the option of buying a Battle Gray paint scheme. Apart from that, the motorcycle remains mechanically the same.
The KLX 230R S is designed for off-road use and does not include road-legal features like a headlight, turn indicators, taillight, and mirrors. It's important to note that the S variant has a lower seat height than the regular model.
The Kawasaki 230R S is based on a high-tensile steel perimeter which is supported by a telescopic fork at the front while the rear end has a preload adjustable single shock absorber. Braking is handled by a single 240 mm petal disc working with a dual-piston caliper. At the rear end, the bike has a 220 mm disc with a single-piston caliper.
