450% dividend! LIC subsidiary's mega reward to shareholders

LIC Housing Finance Ltd has announced a dividend of Rs 9 per equity share (450%) for the financial year 2023-24 in the board meeting held on May 15, 2024. The board also approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.

LIC Housing Finance dividend 2024 The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 15 May, 2024, inter alia approved recommendation of dividend for financial year 2023-2024 450% i.e. Rs. 9 per equity share of Rs.2/-each. The dividend on equity shares, will be paid within 30 days if approved by the Shareholder in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

LIC Housing Finance Q4 FY24 results LIC Housing Finance's PAT stood at Rs 1,090 crore in Q4 FY24, with a down of 6% versus Rs 1,159 crore in Q4 FY23. NII of the Company stood at Rs 2,237 crore, with a jump of 12.4% against Rs 1,990 crore in Q4 FY23.
