CDSL Q4 2024 results, dividend news: CDSL has announced a final dividend of Rs 19 per equity share (190%) and a special dividend of Rs 3 per equity share (30%), bringing the total dividend payout to Rs 22 per equity share for FY24.
CDSL is offering the special dividend to shareholders in order to commemorate the 25-year silver jubilee celebrations.

Net profit of CDSL grew 108% YoY at Rs 3,898 crore in Q4 FY24, against Rs 1,873 crore in Q4 FY23.

CDSL also declared the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2024 on May 04, 2024.
CDSL share price CDSL stock settled at Rs 2,081.90 apiece with a gain of 0.24% on NSE, May 03, against the previous day close at Rs 2,077. The scrip opened at Rs 2,090, reaching a high of Rs 2,097.70 and a low of Rs 2,035. Total traded volume remained at 10.92 lakhs at the value of Rs 225.68 crore.
CDSL boasts a market cap of Rs 21,755 crore as per NSE. The stock's 52-week movement indicates a high of Rs 2,195 apiece and a low of Rs 975 apiece.
CDSL Q4 2024 results highlights CDSL's total income for the quarter (Q4) stood at Rs 26,736 crore, up 85% YoY from Rs 14,381 crore in Q4 FY23. Net profit of CDSL grew 108% YoY at Rs 3,898 crore in Q4 FY24, against Rs 1,873 crore in Q4 FY23.
