IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd on Tuesday (May 7) reported a 45.1% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹188.9 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2024.
In the corresponding quarter, IRB Infrastructure Developers posted a net profit of ₹130.2 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd on Tuesday (May 7) reported a 45.1% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹188.9 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2024.
In the corresponding quarter, IRB Infrastructure Developers posted a net profit of ₹130.2 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company's revenue from operations increased 27.2% to ₹2,061.2 crore against ₹1,620 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
At the operating level, EBITDA increased 17.3% to ₹889.9 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal over ₹758.7 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.
The EBITDA margin stood at 43.2% in the reporting quarter against 46.8% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

IRB Infrastructure's total aggregate payout stands at ₹181 crore as dividend for FY24 (including the third interim dividend declared today, May 7). The company, along with the IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT Associate) reported 24% year-on-year growth in the toll collection for FY24 (₹5,169 crore in FY24 vs ₹4,180 crore in FY23).
The company was awarded TOT-12 (single largest continuous stretch on NH) and TOT-13 projects in Madhya Pradesh (the 12th Indian state for company) and Rajasthan. Subsequently, it commenced tolling on both projects after making an upfront payment of concession fee of ₹6,111 crore to the NHAI. With this, the company's market share in the toll-operate-transfer (TOT) space is now 38%, the largest of any private player in the sector.
The board has declared a third interim dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share of the face value of ₹1 each (10% of the face value of the share) for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividends is Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
