ITC Dividend 2024 Date: ITC Limited, a largecap FMCG stock, is all set to announce to dividend for its shareholders in the quarterly results (Q4 results FY2024). If announced, this would be the final dividend by ITC Limited for the financial year 2023-24.

ITC has informed through an exchange filing that its board will consider a proposal to recommend dividend for shareholders in the Q4 result.

ITC will announce its Q4 results later this month. According to an exchange filing by the company, the board is slated to meet on May 23 to consider and approve the Q4 result (quarterly result).

"Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/05/2024, inter alia, to consider and approve... the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company... for the Quarter and Twelve Months ended 31st March, 2024...," IT said in a statement uplaoded on BSE.

As per the statement by ITC, the board will also consider a proposal to declare dividend for its shareholders.

"...consider and recommend Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024," ITC said.

ITC dividend history indicated at a handsome dividend payout. According to BSE website, ITC in February 2024 paid a dividend of Rs 6.26 on each stock to its investors. In 2023, the company paid dividend on three occasions,, aggregating to Rs 15 on each share.

In 2022 and 2021, ITC had distributed a dividend of Rs 11.5 and Rs 10.75, respectively, on each stock.
