Contrary to rumours, the Moto G64 will be the first smartphone to launch running the Dimensity 7025, a 6 nm chipset that MediaTek builds around TSMC N6 nodes.
According to MediaTek's product page, the Dimensity 7025 contains an IMG BXM-8-256 GPU like the Dimensity 7020, as well as ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores that can boost to 2 GHz.
Additionally, the Dimensity 7025 features Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5 GHz, a 300 MHz overclock compared to the Dimensity 7020.
For reference, Motorola will sell the Moto G64 in blue, green and purple finishes with the choice between 8 GB/128 GB storage and 12 GB RAM/256 GB storage memory configurations.
