What’s new on the OnePlus Watch 2 and Pad Pro?
OnePlus Pad Pro comes as a costlier version to the standard OnePlus Pad. The display size is bumped to 12.1 from an 11.6-inch size. The resolution has also jumped from 2.8K to 3K. This should result in crisp visuals. The MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset is also upgraded to a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The battery capacity and fast charging speeds remain unchanged on the Pro variant. The front and rear camera setup is also the same i.e. 13MP + 8MP.
On the other hand, the OnePlus Watch 2 comes as a successor to the OnePlus Watch. Firstly, the important upgrade is that we get a larger 1.43-inch screen compared to a 1.39-inch panel. The default peak brightness is now at 1,000 units. The new version is powered by the Snapdragon W5 + BES2700BP processors compared to ST32 + Apollo 3 + Cypress processors on the original OnePlus Watch. This should result in better performance. The battery is also bumped to 500mAh compared to 402mAh on the original Watch.
