While replying to a user about why the company did not launch GT 5 Pro in India, the Vice President said that this year, Realme will launch GT 7 Pro in the country. He did not reveal any other specifications on the same.

By the name, one can expect GT 7 Pro to succeed the GT 6 Pro, which is yet to be released. This smartphone is tipped to pack a 6,000mAh battery, an upgrade over the Realme GT 5 Pro’s 5,400mAh battery and 50W wireless charging support. Realme GT 6 Pro is also rumoured to sport Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.

Both the devices should be an upgrade to the Realme GT 5 Pro which was launched in December last year in China. As GT 5 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, we can speculate that the Realme GT 7 Pro will support the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC.

The recent flagship, Realme GT 6T debuted earlier this month. It is a mid-range smartphone that is priced at a starting cost of Rs 30,999. The device is available on Amazon and Realme India website.

According to the rumours, Realme is also working on another GT smartphone, the GT 6. This is a flagship phone that will reportedly be equipped with a new generation of silicon negative electrode high-density batteries aided by 100W fast charging. Realme GT 6 could also feature a (micro-curved) screen.
